Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RichEve Country View Boutique Stay, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our property.

Cancellation Policy

• 15 or more days before the scheduled check-in date: Eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.
• 7–14 days before the scheduled check-in date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date: No refund will be provided.

No-Show & Early Departure

• Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered no-shows, and no refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights after check-in.

Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.

Third-Party Bookings

Reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or similar websites are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform.
