By making a reservation with RichEve Country View Boutique Stay, you agree to the following terms:

Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

• Treat the property with care.
• Respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels.
• Comply with all property rules and local laws.

Guests will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Occupancy

Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may occupy the room unless prior approval has been obtained.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms may result in additional cleaning charges.

Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the management.

Liability

While reasonable care is taken to ensure guest safety, RichEve Country View Boutique Stay shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or injuries except where required by applicable law.

Force Majeure

The property shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or public emergencies.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Goa.

Management reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the website.
